Next Gen HR Help Desk Ticket Creation Through Email Not Working

Summary:

We are implementing NextGen HR Help desk and enabled profile options to create ticket through email but while testing I have noticed tickets are created for Classic version of Help Desk (Service -> Service Request ) and not for Next Gen Help Desk ( Help Desk -> ).

From Offering: Service -> Opt In Features -> Communication Channel -> Email communications is disabled but still Service requests are getting created through email.

Any help would be appreciated.
