Subscription product contract end date

Summary:

We use to create SO from CPQ containing Subscription products, submit to FOM, have fulfillment from external system and then have Subscription created from FOM.

When we submit SO from CPQ:

  • we set contract start date t0 and contract end date t8 at transaction level.
  • we set contract start date t0 and contract end date t8 at transaction item level

In FOM, when fulfillment takes place, we eventually update line item X contract start date to be equal to t1 (value received from external systems).

Automatically, we do not know why and we do NOT want this to happen
