Talent ratings not present in Talent review meetings

Summary:

Hi All, We are facing an issue. The talent review meeting has been created , and is in progress, we see that many people are not having the Performance ratings in the Talent ratings page. Can we update the Performance ratings in the Talent ratings page(via HDL) and will these details flow into the Talent review meetings ?  Thanks, Anusha
