'Retro not enabled' element how does it gets created

Hi all,

I'm on a project where there are elements created in the past, pre-tax deductions.

Those elements are configured with retro=N upon creation. And we find to each having an element of the same name + suffix retro, and reporting name 'Retro not enabled'.

When I create an element with similar characteristics, no such element is created.

Has anyone encountered this? can someone look, within their projects into similar elements created in the past, if they have such structure?
