Redwood Next Gen Help Desk on Mobile App

Struggling to get Help Desk tab or the My Help application to appear on the springboard. Having read the implementation guide, in regards to the My Help application it mentions to do this through Sandbox, Structure tool, Create Page Entry.

Having execute the steps and published, as expected it does appear under Me (group I specified it to be under) however not through the mobile UI when going through the app. I have posted my configuration below, is it due to my link type selection? Even through desktop it does not successfully take you to the My Help requests display page.
