Salary Basis in Redwood UX

We have enabled the Salary Basis in Redwood UX in our test pod, as per https://www.oracle.com/webfolder/technetwork/tutorials/tutorial/cloud/r13/wn/compensation/releases/23D/23D-compensation-wn.htm#F28714

We have set the two mentioned profile values to Y, we use the seeded Compensation Administrator role, we have verified the aggregate and function privileges. The Salary Basis page renders in Redwood UX. However, when we open one of the salary basis to view the details, the system is spinning endlessly. The URL is https://<our test pod>/fscmUI/redwood/compensation-salary-setup/salarybasis/salarybasis-detail
