Issue with Job Requisition Title/Name Mismatch in Candidate Emails

Introduction

In our recruitment process, we have encountered an issue related to the job requisition titles/names in emails sent to candidates. When a candidate is requested via email to submit additional information, the job requisition title or name displayed in the email does not align with the actual requisition they applied for.

Description of the Issue

a candidate applies for a particular requisition, and upon reaching a certain stage in the recruitment process, they receive an email requesting additional information or documents. However, the position title or requisition name mentioned in this email is different from the one they applied for.
