Mass Complete Performance Document exception

Hi

I have a question in the process of Mass Completete Performance Document.

Only my documents won't be terminated when the process runs.

I found the Oracle document as below, but I want to know if there is a way to bypass it

Information about admin who is initiating the mass actions:

The assignment record has to be present for the admin who is initiating the mass actions.

This is mandate as:

a) The Performance Documents that are getting created would carry creator's assignment details in the evaluation tables

b) The data security is also around the assignment details of the logged-in person, which is critical for the mass action to be initiated
