Start date for Goal in Goal Plan based on Employee Joining date.

Summary:

Everyone We have a requirement from the business regarding the start date for goals in the goal plan. Currently, the start date and end date are automatically fetched from the Annual Cycle. For example, if the annual cycle start date is January 1st, and the end date is December 31st, these dates are automatically populated when creating goals.

What they want is, if an employee joins in April, the goal start date should be either their joining date or the current date. Is it possible to achieve this through ACR or any other method? A similar thing we want in the Performance document as well.
