ESS Job for Profile Management resulting into error - Redwood

We have enable redwood for profile management, while running ESS Job for model profile and position profile search
ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS - with parameter Values : fa-hcm-personprofile and fa-hcm-modelprofile
We are getting below error on scheduling the process:
