Query on route activation for on-call shifts.

Hi Team,

Lets take a scenario where a Field Resource has a regular shift from 8 AM to 5 PM , and an on-call shift from 5 PM - 10 PM.

The route of the resource was activated at 7 AM say. Does this means that the route is activated for both regular and on-call shift and routing assigns jobs on on-call shift?

Or should the resource deactivate the route at 5 PM and the reactivate it again for the on-call shift to be active?

Please let us know your insights on this.
