Both Customer name and Account number are displayed in Collections

Summary:

Hi,

in Advanced Collection setup, we configured the business level to be on "Account" Level. However, in Collections dashboard, we can see Both Customer Name and Account number are displayed in Customer Column. It should be Account Number Only NOT the Customer Name>Account Number.

if this is the system behavior, is there a workaround to split the entire name in 2 columns? one column for the customer's name and anther one for the account number.
