Hi All!

The co-browse function do not work in our agent desktop.
When the agent click in the cobrowse tab, it shows a message like  'the customer environment do not allow in this cobrowse version', and the cobrowse button in the ribbon is disabled.
We added the cobrowse widget in the CP, and we tested it, and it worked, but not now .

Why that occurs?
The corresponding images are attached to this post (chat.png and cobrowse.png).
