Summary: Error in hold resolution routing for different suppliers


Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): We have configured rule in "FinAPIncompleteInvoiceHold" that if supplier is ABC, then it will route to person A.

Now it is working fine for supplier ABC, but if we do have any other supplier, say, DEF then it is showing following error

How can I proceed with this?
