Use Checkbox to Select and Update the Data Selected

Summary:

We are fetching the data from BO on to the Page based on Combox Filter. We have an Additional Requirement to additionally use a Checkbox in the Page and Select only some of the Filtered data and Update only those Data Selected.

Please advise how to make use of Checkbox for this requirement. Any Sample App will be helpful.
