Need to update all performance documents overall ratings with new section weights
Summary:
"use section weights in calculation" was not selected in performance template, so we guess that's why the overall ratings were not calculated according to the values %30 Competencies - %70 Goals given in section weightings. Thus all the performance documents are finalized inaccurately as the aritmetic average calculation.
Is this the exact missing setup causing the section weights are not used in overall section calculation. We're not able to correct that checkbox in the template setup, since it's inactive, cannot be edited.
More important, are we able to update calculation for all the current documents without rolling them back and start from scratch?
