Vendor Qualification Auto Approval

Summary:

Does anyone know how to setup the auto approval of the vendor questionnaire? Under Scoring & Automation I have the box clicked off to Automatically accept responses and that is not happening I still get a notification to Validate the qualification. I found this link and have tried to do this and it is still not working for me. I still have to go into my work list and validate each qualification section.
