Journy Checklist Access the Task not working as expected
Summary:
When the Performer of the task receive the Journey notification, then click on "Access the Task", the performer is not being redirected to the task.
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
We have configured a checklist task, in which the performer is AOR.
Once the checklist is being triggered, the performer receiving the below notification and once he clicks on "Access the Task" as highlighted below in yellow:
The performer is not being redirected to the task, alternatively he is being redirected to "My Journey" which is not expected.
The expectation is that the performer should be redirected to "My Tasks" so he can see the task details.
