What column to consider for converting Invoice amount to USD while setting Inv Rules in Spreadsheet

Summary:

Hi Team,

When Loading rules via Spreadsheet, considered Rule Evaluation Currency at Header level as "USD" and loaded the rules. When Invoice is created in other than USD, amount is not converting to USD.

Can you please let me know what condition should be added for convering other currency Invoice amount to USD when Approval is rules
