Goals plans not listed under Goal. But the same are listed when viewing Goals assigned to Employees

Hi Experts,

I am seeing a typical situation with Goal Plans. We have 4 different Goals defined in Oracle and each of these Goals had goal plans defined.

We had run the scheduled process to assign the goals and goal plans to eligible employees.

Recently, we had a requirement to update the Eligiblity profile for one of the goals. When I open the goal, the goal plans were not listed. However, when I checked the employees, they had the same Goal and goal plans assigned.

I am unable to understand what led to this issue. This issue is with two of the Goals. We have also not made any customization on Goals.
