Im currently in free tier account, and I ty to add my debit card to my account.... becouse i want to go to pay as you go tier or how its called...

(as @Karthik-Oracle suggest to me in another question/topic)

But all the time getting this message... [Your transaction was declined.] 🙄


No matter if i wrote My name like on my card or not... For example: my name is Gyöngyösi Tried like this format : Gyongyosi


I know my balance has more then 100 USD, and my internet purchase limit is more then 400 USD... And my card is working couse i used a hour ago today.
