Can you add multiple person changes to a life event?

If we add multiple person changes to a life event, will the life event be detected only when all the person changes are fulfilled or the life event can be detected by the system once any one of the person changes happens?

For example, if I want to add the "Loss Eligibility" life event to a benefit plan for employees to lose the benefits once the life event is processed, can I add several person changes say "Insurance claim paid", "No Licence" etc and expect when either "Insurance claim paid" or "No Licence" happens, the Loss Eligibility life event will be triggered?
