Goal plan - Error when opening goals on Employee's goal plan

When we go into the profile of an Employee, into the goal tab, we correctly see the goals, but we get an error when trying to open a goal

When we look for an employee from the search bar, and go into the Goal Tab, we can see the goals assigned to the employee into the goal plan selected.

The issue is that we get an error whenever we try to open one of these goals:

One of this error happens. We got an issue with the Performance Documents page as well. Are those issues related? Is there a privilege we should add to the user to grant him the visibility on the goals? Or maybe a profile option?
