DFF in goals evaluation section in performance docuemnt

Hello Experts,
We are using self evaluation task in performance document. For goals sections, we are not using any rating model. Goals are evaluated based on completion percentage.
In performance document for goals evaluation topic we have only "employee comment" in self evaluation. The requirement is to have one more field named "proposed completion percentage" along with employee comment for self evaluation task.
Is this requirement feasible? can we add DFF in below section?
we tried to add DFF in "HRA_TMPL_SECTIONS" code. used "goals section id" as "context code" and added on field named proposed completion percentage
