How to enable windows Hello when changed the PC

Summary:

I have enabled MFA when I used old PC by using windows Hello to login, but when I changed to new PC, no windows Hello option is avaiable, so I cannot login. Only USB and QR is avaiable, but not worked as I did not config before.

last year, i know there is one link (add: myconsole?root=my-info&my-info=my_profile_security) can work, but now it is not work anymore.

Would you please check how to login? thanks!
