BI Report Access Issue - User Unable to Open and Access Report.

Hello Community,

I'm facing an issue with a BI Publisher HCM user information report. A specific user is unable to open and access the report, and I'm hoping someone can help me troubleshoot the issue.

Does anyone know what might be preventing the user from accessing this specific report? Any insights or suggestions on how to grant them access would be greatly appreciated!
