Assigned date

Summary:

We are experiencing issues where a future dated task is not assigning properly. When I assign a task to a user that is future dated the task is greyed out and they can't complete the task. However, when the the assigned to date is reached the task remain greyed out and the task can't be completed. This is not an issue when I assign the task that same date. Below are a snapshot some of the task setup. Any suggestions?
