Can you attach your supplier registration questionnaire to the supplier portal manage questionnaire

Summary:

Is it possible to use the same questionnaire that you have for online registration to also be used for a supplier to answer these questions in supplier portal. In Supplier portal there is a manage questionnaires button, but it appears to be blank. Can you have the exact registration questions assigned to supplier portal manage questionnaire tab? For example, we have existing suppliers who did not register online as we just started doing online registrations. What we want to know is can we have those same questions able to be answered in Supplier Portal when a supplier logs in.
