Journeys Integration with HireRight - I9 Automatic Transfer to Document Record

Is it possible to have I-9 document transfer to Document Records automatically without using More Actions>Upload to Document Records feature?

24A Implementing and Using Journeys documentation states - "To transfer the completed I-9 form into Document Records, configure a document type and associate it to the I-9 Verification Status journey task. Additionally, the transfer must be enabled and configured on the HireRight side first."

This has been done and the 'More Actions' button is displayed on the I-9 e-Verify task. When selecting 'More Actions>Update to Document Records', the document is transferred to employee DOR without issue.
