How to Populate DFF drop down basis the position selected

Summary:

Hi Experts,

Requirement: We have created a DFF on create requisition which fetches all employees name & number in system. Requirement is when hiring manager selects ABC position while raising requisition, this DFF field should show person (incumbent) tagged to the position selected.

While checking the feasibility, we saw we do not have an option to fetch the position & incumbent on Requisition DFF.

Request you to guide me to achieve this as we need to map Position field with Requisition DFF field.
