Trigger a journey by converting pending worker and not by start date

Hi all,

Is it possible to create a journey that will start/trigger when the employee has been converting from pending to worker

I try to define the checklist with action Hire

but if for example the start date is 10/2/24 and I convert the pending worker at 5/2/24 the tasks become active only at 10/2/24
