Summary:

Hi Everyone,

Need you inputs here.

We planned to schedule our Update Absence enrollment process daily at 10:00 PM ET. Since our customer operates in ET and PT this will cover all the changes that impacts enrollments.

But the issue here is when we scheduled it at 2/4/24 10 PM ET its getting scheduled at 2/5/24 3:00 AM UTC (+5.00), because of this the effective date into the selection screen is been passed 2/5/2024 instead of 2/4/25.

Because of this if employee has a assignment changed on 2/4 that should give them an plan enrollment on 2/4, its giving the plan enrollment on 2/5/24. So, a day is missing, and employee wont be able to report absence on that day though he is eligible on 2/4.
