Synchronized Goals section checkbox
Summary:
Hello, We've updated our client's performance document - goal page by hiding the help text, hyperlink, and evaluate button from the employee's view thru page composer.
However, when we turned on the Synchronized Goals section under the Performance Template, the customization that was working before seems to not be working anymore. My guess is because the nature of the Synchronized Goals section checkbox is so that all performance documents using that template will have the same view for everyone. However, we can't confirm because it seems that there are only few documentations about the impacts of turning on the Synchronized Goals section checkbox.
