We have a requirement to integrate a 3rd party payment gateway for pre-authorizing credit cards and processing payments on our B2B service. The chosen payment gateway is Cybersource, an Oracle partner. In the scenario, a service agent can pre-authorize a credit card when creating a service request on the B2B screen. Additionally, payments can be processed if the customer wishes to order additional parts during service creation.
