EOI Rules for Life Insurance --Interm Rule
We have encountered a problem with the (EOI) for our life insurance.
An employee has transitioned from 4 times coverage to 5 times coverage as Part of OPEN Enrollment, resulting in the suspension of the plan as anticipated.
However, when we generate the report to forward the data to the vendor, the interim amount displays as 5 times coverage, and the pending EOI amount is shown as 0.
