Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

When an employee submits a QLE, increased the Supp EE Life Insurance to $300K generating the needed EOI.

Through the Ben Admin/Enrollment, I closed the QLE and submitted a Life Event for Ben Adjustment, when evaluated the error for pending actions pops up and will not allow the life event to process.

EOI pending actions has 60 days window to be completed. So other life events cannot be processed until this 60 days window is passed.

How can we process other life events while pending actions are there.
