Slow search performance when looking for eligibility

Hello,

We have an issue when searching for worker as HR. With our admin profile, the search is really quick.

The runtime is as follows:

2min52 when looking with the name of the worker

2min19 when looking with the person number

We run the following process:

Optimize Person Search Keywords Index and Update Person Search Keywords

The runtime is now:

1min52 when looking with the name of the worker

2min00 when looking with the person number

Could anyone help in improving the performance of the search?
