How is oracle learning cloud integrated with development goal in redwood?

Summary:

We have enabled redwood for Goal Management for our client, in Redwood as development goal and performance goal are subset inside goal centre. How is related learning section integrated with development goal in redwood as previously in responsive UI it was available when goal development goal was created and user could link relevant learning to development goal. In VB studio I could not find business object or any fields to enable related learning task.
