How to assign Journeys to bulk employees from UI

Requirement is to assign journeys for updating employee self service information like personal details, emergency contact, skills and qualification etc. to bulk employees from UI.

Have explored https://www.oracle.com/webfolder/technetwork/tutorials/tutorial/cloud/r13/wn/ghr/releases/21D/21D-hr-wn.htm#F20268

but the above profile option doesn't help as it enables 2 values Directs and Organization but in criteria it still show single person to chose from.

Please suggest if anyone has any solution to it.
