Cannot open .xls output for a BI report with Excel Template when scheduling it

Hello,

I have a report which uses an Excel Template and when executed it generates a .xls file.

If I schedule this report then this .xls file is corrupted ie. user is not able to open it with message that the file is corrupt.

If I run it manually, the file generated is fine ie. I can open it just fine.

Kindly help me with this issue.
