Will creating a new performance template and workflow, does that affect the current goal plan?
If we create a new performance template and workflow, does that affect the current goal plan? Our understanding is that performance management and goal management are two separate processes. Both do not have to be finalized for the other to work appropriately. We do not want employees to have to reenter goals when we make changes to the performance template/workflow.
