The evaluation orders are incorrect for the dynamic calculations in validation result of merit plan

Summary:i had this warning when i validate result of merit compensation plan ,"The evaluation orders are incorrect for the dynamic calculations on column recommended increment % and column Percentage of Eligible Salary - Component 1"

details:

The dynamic calculation on column recommended increment % uses column Percentage of Eligible Salary - Component 1 in the conditions or results. The evaluation order defined for column recommended increment % must be greater than the evaluation order defined for column Percentage of Eligible Salary - Component 1.

i already made the sequence of recommended increment % greater than Percentage of Eligible Salary and then i run workforce compensation cycle & the plan didn't appear for the workers even if there are eligible to it .(i check thier eligibility)
