Summary:

Hello,

We're facing an issue. The benefit specialist can see the employee's program enrollment on the benefits summary page.

See below screenshot.

However, when the employee signs in and clicks on the 'Your Benefits' tile, he cannot see the program enrollment.

Please advice on how to resolve this issue.
