Subtype in performance goal

Summary:

Hi Expert,

We are in 23A and we have goal Center. now we want to remove the Sutype from Performance goal which in redwood UI and we don't have any profile option to disable Subtype.

now I have HCM design studio no luck . page composer not working in redwood UI.

Do I need to use VBS? kindly confirm.
