For how long a service request remain in the system?
I did not set up the sheduled process that delete the Service request after tot. days.
Here my question, for how long I will have access to a service request?
e.g. if I have a closed SR n° xx and I did not schedule any deleting or purging closed service request process.
for how long I will be able to see that SR or download an attachment in it?
