How to include Mid-Year ratings in Annual Rating calculation
Summary:
In Mid-Year and Year-End evaluation only Performance Goals and Competency section are included and no overall summary section. In the Year-End performance calculation of Performance Goals and Competency the result should be the average of Mid-Year Evaluations.
The Performance Goals Section rating should be average of Mid-Year performance goals section rating and Year-End performance goals section rating. similarly competency section rating should also be calculated.
Please note that we have tried using the fast formula but the DBI for review period is not available to call the mid year rating completed in the same review period in the formula. An exact reference to the fast formula would be much appreciated.
