Hello everyone, 

I am having this issue related to Scheduled Process "Mass Assign Journey" after I successfully imported the HDL ChecklistMassAllocation data. 

This scheduled process is used to assign journeys to selected a group of people. When this process is running, the status is always "retrying" and the "Process Multi-Thread Journeys" subprocess appears. And this process kept repeating itself until I had to stop running it manually.

Does anyone have any ideas what might be causing this to happen? 

Any advice appreciated. Thank you.
