The client's Performance Year is Jan-Dec. They launch their performance documents for 2023 on 03/01/2024. They have a requirement of assigning Annual Review to employees hired on or before 09/30/2023 and Alternative Review to employees hired from 10/01/2023 till 02/29/2024. The Review Period is currently set up as 01/01/2023 to 12/31/2023 and the same dates are used for the document periods in the performance templates. However, the document cannot be assigned to new hires/transferees between Jan-01 and Feb-29th of 2024, as these dates fall outside the dates mentioned in the performance template document period.
