Make Recruiting title field Read-only based on the Recruiting type

Hello All,

We have a Requirement where the 'Recruiting Title' Field should be made Read only based on the Requisition type.

If the Requisition type is standard, then the 'Recruiting Title' Field should be Read-only

If the Requisition type is Pipeline, then the 'Recruiting Title' Field should be editable.

Below is the EL code snippets we have used, but nothing worked. Can anyone help us with the EL expression and let us know if there are other workarounds
