How can we handle benefit Rate without implementing Benefit Administration
Summary:
Our customer is switching to HCM and wants to implement Global HR and Payroll module only. Now in their current system they have one retirement plan and one Health Solution plan, all the employee and employer contributions are handled through element entries in there current application. Now my question is , can we also handle all the employee/employer contribution through element entries without implementing benefit administration in HCM. Please let me know.
